Machine Features And Advantages

The casting structure is stable, reasonable and beautiful. The cast iron of our company is cast with HD250 grade, which has time aging and annealing aging to ensure that the cast iron body is stable and not deformed and durable.

Our machines are of good quality and have a long warranty period (normal warranty is 12 months, depending on the industry, because no maintenance is required), and the after-sales response time is fast. Because the quality is good, the repeat rate of sales is high.

The machines we produce are tested and inspected by the British Renishaw ballbar before leaving the factory. The roundness error of the test radius of 100mm is 0.01-0.02mm. Straightness and roundness errors are well controlled. The three-axis verticality accuracy is ±0.01mm. Assembled using a scraping process, the axes operate with exceptional smoothness and precision.

Our company has long-term precipitation processing technology (especially for the current processing technology of stainless steel and titanium alloy). The servo motor adopts the high inertia of Japan's Panasonic servo motor; the wire adopts Japanese wire and custom wire.

The main parts of the fuselage are the first and second configuration parts imported from the same industry: for example: the guide rails are precision grade guide rails from Taiwan Shangyin or Yintai or ABBA; the screw rods are Japan's NSK, THK or Germany's Rexroth (Rexroth).the system adopts Taiwan's new generation bus absolute value control system and integrated drive.

The fuselage guide rail assembly is marked with a 0.001 dial indicator from Japan Sanfeng. The assembly accuracy of the guide rail assembly is 300mm long and the assembly accuracy is plus or minus (-+) 0.005, and the assembly accuracy of the screw rod is plus or minus (-+) 0.01. The flatness accuracy of the table is 300mm plus or minus (-+) 0.015. 

The engraving process delivers stunning results, with 3D surface smoothness at 0.8, showcasing sharp, detailed small characters and strong dimensionality. Stainless steel engraving achieves smooth side finishes with fine tool patterns. Using a 60,000-rpm spindle for aluminum parts produces a high-gloss effect.
