Current spindle tool number change



The current spindle tool number is used to clarify which tool is being used on the spindle, making it easier for programmers and CNC systems to identify and manage the tool. By combining the spindle tool number, the tool path can be planned, allowing the tool to cut according to the predetermined trajectory. By switching the spindle tool number, the machine tool can automatically replace the tool according to programming requirements, ensuring the smooth progress of the machining process.

System language change


The CNC system has built-in multi language switching, making it convenient for operators from multiple countries to use.
The steps for switching system language are shown in the figure above: enter the electronic control module → parameter settings → jump to parameter number 3209, and modify the values after 3209 to change the system language. The value 0 represents English, 1 represents Traditional Chinese, 119 represents Simplified Chinese, and 176 represents Korean.

二、 Using local area network transmission:
Firstly, check the computers within the local area network. Right click on the network icon in the bottom right corner, open Network Settings, click on Ethernet Properties, find IPV4, and view the current IP address of the computer. For example, the current IP is 192.168.1.14, subnet mask is 255.255.255.0, and server address is 192.168.1.1.
Then enter the CNC equipment and click on the electronic control module → maintenance → network settings. There are two ways to obtain the IP address.
1. By specifying an IP address through DHCP, which means randomly assigning an IP address through a router, it is possible that the IP address will be different after each boot, so it is not used.
2. Directly specify the IP address and fill in 192.168.1.105, which is the same domain as the computer, in the IP address (select an idle IP between 1-255).
Subnet mask 255.255.255.0, default gateway 192.168.1.1, no other changes required. After completing the modifications, restart the device and wait for the restart to complete. On any computer within the local area network, click on any folder and enter: FTP:// 192.168.1.105 Click the enter key to open the folder in the CNC equipment. Copy the required program documents to this folder to transfer them to the file management on the device, or modify the program documents directly in the folder.
