CNC Product Simple Installation Instructions

Thank you for choosing the CNC equipment produced by Shenzhen Yudiao CNC Technology Co., Ltd After receiving the equipment, please check whether the packaging box and packaging materials have been damaged during transportation. If there is any damage, please communicate with the logistics in a timely manner After unpacking, first check whether the appearance of the equipment is intact, whether there are any signs of damage or impact. If so, please communicate with the logistics and manufacturer in a timely manner to negotiate a solution.

Special precautions before powering on CNC equipment:

1. It is prohibited to dismantle or change the original structure, circuit, gas path, spare parts, etc. of the equipment without authorization.

2. Before powering on, please confirm the power supply voltage of the equipment. The commonly used power supply voltages for our CNC equipment are:

Three phase AC380V, Three phase AC220V, Single phase 220V

The single-phase AC220V power cord is a conventional three pin 10A plug

The three-phase AC380V and three-phase AC220V power supply lines are 5-core cables with labels A (L1 live wire), B (L2 live wire), C (L3 live wire), N (neutral wire), and PE (ground) This power supply equipment is equipped with a phase sequence protector to prevent equipment damage in the event of misconnection When the phase sequence is incorrect or there is a phase loss, the device cannot be turned on. Therefore, after connecting the wires, turn on the device knob switch and open the cabinet door to check if the phase sequence protector indicator light is green (correctly wired)

If the red light is on, it indicates that the phase sequence is incorrect or missing. If the phase sequence is incorrect, the three live wires ABC can be swapped in sequence. If there is a missing phase, please have a professional electrician check if the circuit source is correct.
3. Installation of supporting equipment: spindle cooling machine
Connect the 8MM air pipe to the 8MM interface behind the equipment for inlet/outlet,
Connect the power cord plug to the corresponding interface on the side of the CNC equipment. This is a water-based cooling device, not an oil cooler. Do not add oily coolant. Just add the water tank treasure and purified water. The liquid tank of the water cooler is made of stainless steel, with a total capacity of 18 liters. About 2 liters of water tank treasure can be added, and the remaining part can be filled with purified water.
Cutting oil pump
Connect the 12mm oil pipe on the lower side of the CNC equipment to the oil pump Simply plug the power cord into the corresponding interface on the side, and the oil pump will automatically spray oil according to the system processing program.

Use of lubricating oil pump and selection of lubricating oil
Clean lubricating oil and guide rail oil must be used, and recycled or counterfeit oil should not be used The oil pump is equipped with a thermal protector and a capacity alarm When there is a shortage or shortage of fuel, there will be a buzzing reminder. Please refuel in a timely manner Short rest time or high fuel supply frequency during use may cause the oil pump to stop running due to high temperature. It can continue to operate after the temperature drops, which is not a fault.
  • Use of lubricating oil pump and selection of lubricating oil
Adjust the duration and interval of oil injection: Press and hold the SET button, and the ACT indicator light will turn on, indicating the adjustment of the oil injection duration. 30 on the diagram represents the oil discharge duration of 30 seconds. Press and hold the SET key again The INT indicator light is on, indicating the interval time for adjusting the oil pump injection. 120 on the diagram represents 120 minutes. After adjustment, press and hold the SET key again to save the parameters and complete the adjustment The RST key is used to reset the oil injection. To repeat the oil injection, press this key The parameters have been debugged to regular data when leaving the factory If not necessary, there is no need to make any changes.
Installation of fuel tank and selection of cutting oil type:
Installation: The equipment fuel tank has multiple layers of filters, which are placed and installed according to the above diagram without the need for screws to fix them, making it easy to clean residue After the installation of the filter screen, check whether the drainage outlet is sealed and locked with raw material to avoid leakage after refueling.

Oil type selection: It is recommended to use cutting fluid (coolant), which is an industrial liquid used in metal cutting and grinding processes to cool and lubricate cutting tools and workpieces. Cutting fluid is composed of a variety of super functional additives scientifically compounded, and has good cooling performance, lubrication performance, rust prevention performance, oil removal and cleaning function, anti-corrosion function, and easy dilution characteristics. The cooling effect of cutting fluid is to remove the heat generated by cutting from the tool and workpiece through convection and vaporization between it and the tool, chips, and workpiece, thereby effectively reducing the cutting temperature, minimizing thermal deformation of the workpiece and tool, maintaining tool hardness, improving machining accuracy and tool durability.
Special warning: Do not use tap water, otherwise it may cause rusting of equipment components/tools, uneven processing of products, as water is a conductor and can also cause short circuits and burnout of equipment spindles and electronic components Remember, remember!!

Horizontal adjustment of equipment and machinery:
Please check the horizontal position of the equipment before production. If the equipment is not installed horizontally, it will affect the accuracy of the processed product and the service life of the equipment's screw guide rail May cause issues such as abnormal motor noise.

Horizontal adjustment method: It is recommended to use a high-precision bar level. The bar level is a universal angle measuring instrument that uses the principles of liquid flow and liquid level to directly display angular displacement with a level bubble and measure small oblique angles relative to the horizontal position.

1.Before measurement, the measuring surface should be carefully cleaned and wiped dry to check for defects such as scratches, rust, and burrs.
2.Before measurement, check if the zero position is correct.
3.When measuring, the influence of temperature should be avoided. The liquid inside the level has a significant impact on temperature changes. Therefore, attention should be paid to the effects of hand heat, direct sunlight, and humidity on the level.
4.Horizontal adjustment method:
Place the floor mats provided with this device on the four feet of the equipment, and place the bar level on the clean surface of the equipment workbench. Use a sheet metal wrench to adjust the screws on the bottom four feet of the equipment, paying attention to adjusting the vertical and horizontal directions of the equipment (front and back horizontal and left and right horizontal). During the adjustment process, observe the level of the level and adjust the level bubble to be located in the middle of the level The following figure:
5.Air pressure alarm
The rated air pressure of the equipment is 0.6 Pa and cannot be lower than 0.5 Pa. If it is lower than 0.5 Pa, the equipment will issue a low air pressure alarm The processing program will stop urgently and can only be manually controlled to continue running after the air pressure is restored Insufficient air pressure can affect the signal of the loose clamping tool on the spindle, causing an abnormal alarm and preventing the equipment from operating normally To confirm if the air pressure is sufficient, you can open the pneumatic cabinet behind the equipment to check the pressure gauge, as shown in the following figure.

7. Oil mist separator (optional product, not available on every device)
As shown in the installation diagram, it will start simultaneously with the machining program after installation, and can also be manually started and stopped by pressing the F5 button on the control panel.
