Cutting fluid is composed of a variety of super functional additives scientifically compounded, and has good cooling performance, lubrication performance, rust prevention performance, oil removal and cleaning function, anti-corrosion function, and easy dilution characteristics. The cooling effect of cutting fluid is to remove the heat generated by cutting from the tool and workpiece through convection and vaporization between it and the tool, chips, and workpiece, thereby effectively reducing the cutting temperature, minimizing thermal deformation of the workpiece and tool, maintaining tool hardness, improving machining accuracy and tool durability.

Horizontal adjustment of equipment and machinery:

Horizontal adjustment method: It is recommended to use a high-precision bar level. The bar level is a universal angle measuring instrument that uses the principles of liquid flow and liquid level to directly display angular displacement with a level bubble and measure small oblique angles relative to the horizontal position.
